Reports

Unfinished Verifications

Identifies verifications that were started but never submitted. This helps track abandoned verification attempts.

  • Useful for understanding drop-off points in the user flow

Most Retried Verifications

Shows verifications that have been resubmitted multiple times, which may indicate:

  • Difficulty with document capture
  • Recurring document quality issues
  • Confusing instructions for the end user

Same Owner

Detects verifications that appear to belong to the same person across multiple attempts, helping identify:

  • Duplicate verification attempts
  • Potential fraud patterns
  • Users who need support

Same Address

Detects verifications that share the same address, helping identify:

  • Multiple individuals at the same address (legitimate in mail forwarding)
  • Suspicious patterns of address usage
  • Address blacklist compliance

Vendor Reference Analysis

Analyzes verification patterns grouped by the vendor reference you provide:

  • Approval and rejection rates per vendor reference
  • Volume trends over time
  • Comparison across vendor references

Activity Logs

All actions within the workspace are recorded in the activity log.

Activity logs include:

  • Timestamp — When the action occurred
  • User — Who performed the action
  • Description — What changed
  • Properties — Before/after values (when applicable)
