Colleckt provides a set of reports and analytics tools to help you monitor verification activity, track performance, and identify patterns.
Dashboard
The workspace dashboard provides a real-time overview of your verification activity:
- Verification counts — Total verifications grouped by status (created, submitted, approved, rejected, double-checked)
- Trend charts — Daily, weekly, or monthly verification volumes
- Recent activity — Latest verification actions and status changes
Detail Views
Click through from the dashboard to see detailed breakdowns:

Reports
Unfinished Verifications
Identifies verifications that were started but never submitted. This helps track abandoned verification attempts.
- Useful for understanding drop-off points in the user flow
Most Retried Verifications
Shows verifications that have been resubmitted multiple times, which may indicate:
- Difficulty with document capture
- Recurring document quality issues
- Confusing instructions for the end user
Same Owner
Detects verifications that appear to belong to the same person across multiple attempts, helping identify:
- Duplicate verification attempts
- Potential fraud patterns
- Users who need support
Same Address
Detects verifications that share the same address, helping identify:
- Multiple individuals at the same address (legitimate in mail forwarding)
- Suspicious patterns of address usage
- Address blacklist compliance
Vendor Reference Analysis
Analyzes verification patterns grouped by the vendor reference you provide:
- Approval and rejection rates per vendor reference
- Volume trends over time
- Comparison across vendor references
Activity Logs
All actions within the workspace are recorded in the activity log.
Activity logs include:
- Timestamp — When the action occurred
- User — Who performed the action
- Description — What changed
- Properties — Before/after values (when applicable)
